Since 1972, Mr. C has relied purely off word of mouth. This role is in person at our showroom/warehouse in Scarborough, working Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient processes, building/moving furniture, and leading a team to meet operational goals.

Duties
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operation of the warehouse - Oversee shipping and receiving processes to maintain timely operations
- Utilize Wix for inventory tracking and management
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers
- Ensure all incoming & outgoing products meet quality standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks or furniture assembly when necessary
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety protocols

Skills
- Experience in warehouse distribution and logistics management - Experience with furniture moving & assembly
- Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and stock - Excellent organizational skills & problem solving abilities
- Strong leadership & team management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
