As an Project Coordinatior, you will work closely with the Executive Assistant and team to ensure smooth execution and coordination of projects in multiple areas of the company. You will help with partnerships, planning, scheduling, communication, and documentation.

The Role

Prospect for new partnerships, cold call, and research to generate relationships.
Qualify leads and gather necessary information to ensure they meet our criteria.
Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks.
Handle client communications.
Track project progress, identify delays, and help propose solutions.

Compensation:

$20-$22 per hour

Contract:

6 month control with option of renewal.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team player, able to contribute to the overall success of the company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
Self-starter who can adapt quickly to changing environments and market trends.
Ability to resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday.

Experience:

Sales Experience: 1+ years (preferred)
Marketing Experience 1+ year (preferred)

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
