Are you a dynamic Marketing Specialist with experience in agency environments and managing integrated campaigns? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team on a 12-month contract, working for a leading financial services company. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 3 days from home and 2 days in-office, located in Toronto, Ontario at King & York Street.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including email, social media, SEO, SEM, video production, events, and more.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.• Prepare presentations and deliver key insights to stakeholders.• Build and follow workback schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time.• Assist with high-priority tasks and initiatives, providing support to the Marketing Manager.• Analyze campaign performance and offer data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally with agency experience.• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.• Excellent communication skills for working across teams and with clients/stakeholders.• A customer service-oriented mindset, ensuring all campaign deliverables meet the highest standards.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
