Mainly, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks for the office. Here are some additional responsibilities:
Creating new organizational processes around new business requirements
Tracking results against set targets and look for continuous improvement
Look for continuous improvement and efficiencies
Interacting with clients, partners, and vendors via phone and email
Supporting day-to-day management of schedules
Organizing meetings and providing administrative support to the office
Data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts
Processing and recording transactions
Coordinate and prepare inbound and outbound shipments

Must have at least 3 years of experience in an Administrative Role
Must type at least 60 words per minute
Is extremely detail-oriented and organized
Can handle multiple different tasks throughout the day (it's a very fast-paced and ever-changing role)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Google Docs/Sheets
Positive and energetic on the phones
