Role Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and attending on-site meetings, expediting project timelines, managing project logistics, responsible for communicating with the crews and the office, conducting all necessary inspections, and overseeing the overall project management process on a day-to-day basis from the office and on-site, as required.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, ideally in Construction and Water Infrastructure fields.
Knowledge of blue-collar or construction industry workflow.
Expeditor and Expediting skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to ensure challenges are resolved efficiently.
Project Management experience.
Logistics Management skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Excel, One Drive, etc.).
Exceptional knowledge in MS Excel and MS Project is a differential.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with different teams.
Health & Safety Program Certification is a plus.
Knowledge of water infrastructure projects is a plus.
A Business Administration Diploma is a differential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
