We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales representative. This position involves providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and promoting sales in a retail environment. We sell empandas and other argentinan specialties

Duties
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Upsell products and services to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Experience
Required:
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Organizational skills

Nice-to-have:
- Experience in technical or technology sales
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell products effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
