Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish/Portuguese(required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required).
Prefer Originally from Brazil, Columbia or other South America Countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong work ethic.

Duties

Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and markets.
Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
Help coordinate sales meetings, events, and follow-up communications.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Experience in technology sales or a related field is a plus.
Ability to speak Spanish is an advantage but not required.
Knowledge of business development strategies and account management practices.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
