We are a decorative concrete company specializing in high-end fireplaces and firepits for indoor and outdoor application. We are proud of our products and provide custom made artisanal concrete works. We serve the needs of commercial and residential clients.

Career Overview
We are expanding our Sales team and looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented person to fill a position of inside sales sales. As a key sales player, you will communicate with designers, builders, architects and homeowners. You will need excellent customer service skills and a positive can-do attitude. Our online reviews rate our customer service as outstanding – you will need to maintain and expand this.

Proper training and our full support will be provided to help you start off and succeed in this position:

CRM, Personal Email box

The ideal candidate would be able to draw in Sketch-Up to create basic drawings for customer approval of customizations, but this can be trained.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for replying to customers through phone and email enquires, on-site project estimations and quote preparation, Follow Ups, Sales (contract signing), sold project management with our administrative assistance.

Qualifications/Skills:
At least 1 year of EXPERIENCE IN HIGH END RETAIL or A DESIGN RELATED FIELD, either residential or commercial (product knowledge, measurement and estimation/quotation experience, and basic technical installation knowledge)
Proven strong sales skills (business management, presentation, closing)
Strong Communication skills
Fluent in English
Pro-active, self-motivated, independent, quick learner and well organized
Confident computer user (email, Internet etc)
Ability to act decisively and work with a high degree of autonomy
A well-groomed appearance and very positive attitude are a must.

Compensation:
Base + Commission Pay

Experience: sales: 1 year (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
