We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness is essential.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.

Qualifications

Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
Familiarity with cashiering duties and experience in the food industry is a plus.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.55-$31.32 per hour
