Job Summary:

The Grand Format Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates for new and existing customers. The Grand Format Estimator is required to understand the customer’s requirements and the cost of meeting those requirements.

Major Responsibilities:

Prepare estimates for all incoming pricing inquiries from clients based on their specifications
Price all work using company standards
Organize workflow to ensure deadlines are met
Field incoming general inquiry calls
Guarantee satisfaction and value for the customer
Liaise between sales and production staff to ensure smooth job expedition back to our clients
Co-ordinate some outsourced work with proper paperwork
Maintain up to date AZ file of all correspondence with clients
Take responsibility for all pricing and update the appropriate collateral

Additional Information:

Must have large format estimating experience
Strong understanding of large format print production lifecycles, requirements, techniques and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-focused approach
Ability to meet timelines while still maintaining organization and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, online meeting programs (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Experience completing large RFQ’s is an asset
